Bring a towel and/or mat (both if you can) Mats will be provided if needed
Feel free to bring a bolster or pillow -
anything that will make a seated position more comfortable.

try something new or refresh your connection.
Soft stretches, deep breaths & meditation for all. Shelly will lead you through a series of
safe stretches and breathing techniques
that slow down the nervous system and help you transition.
The meditation will be led at first and
ends whenever one is ready to be done.
We ask that you respect those still meditating and
maintain the silence as you exit the Kissing Garden.
You can pay or ask directions at Villa Amor Concierge or meet Shelly in the Kissing Garden. Located up the cobblestone road in the middle of Villa Amor Hotel - the yellow ocean front hotel on the Southern end of Sayulita Bay. $150pesos
