Postural Alignment (Injury Re-Conditioning) Did you ever consider there is a missing link in your health & fitness? Just look around at the walking wounded we've all become - slouched, crooked, pained, misaligned. Posture and body alignment are intimately connected to function, muscle & joint pain, disability. The Jungle Gym Hiking a network of lightly traveled jungle paths, we'll keep your heart rate up for cardio conditioning, while tackling intervals of strength training. Liquid Pilates / Sand & Sea Assault We transform the Stand-Up-Paddleboard into a floating fitness center.
