After 6 months of Punta Mita experience, here's what we can recommend: 1.For Yoga, Pilates, Physical Conditioning, and Wellness Consulting,... it's a no brainer,... MexiFit 2. For Healthy and Affordable Eats,... A). The freshest seafood you can find comes in the morning when the fisherman return with their daily catch. You'll find them on the main beach in "downtown" Punta Mita. Get up early, know your Spanish, and see what's on the menu for the day. B.) For fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices, listen for the sound of the local vendors driving around selling fresh produce, usually from the back of a pick-up. If you're staying "behind the gates", you'll need to venture out into the town. It's worth the experience. Don't forget any fruit or vegetable you eat with the skin must be washed THOROUGHLY. 3.) For the freshest bread (pan) and pastries... ? You tell us, cause we're still looking. 4.) Best Breakfast Joint,...??? Still Looking 5.) Quickest Energy Meal? Hope you packed your Cliff Bars:)
Stay Tuned... More info coming, as we learn more!
